LTNG · Sascha Martens & Thomas Bader

We put you in the lead.

Two entrepreneurs who make decisions, take responsibility and deliver alongside you – for a specific task, for a limited time. We take on leadership work for which you currently have neither a role nor capacity, and set it up to keep running afterwards.

What is the task ahead?

How we get started

Tasks without an assigned role

Some tasks fit no role profile: too important to wait, too open-ended to recruit for, carrying too much responsibility for a service provider. They usually sit between strategy and implementation.

  • The same decision on direction is on the agenda for the third time.
  • The strategy is in place – but it does not yet guide day-to-day decisions.
  • A programme is under way, but it lacks language that everyone can use to explain it.
  • A business unit is growing faster than the structures it works within.
  • Succession has been decided but has yet to be organised.
  • The company's presence no longer reflects what it can deliver today.

We join you for tasks like these – taking responsibility, not making recommendations.

How we get started

We work through engagements: with an agreed outcome, clear responsibilities and an end point. Not on a daily rate, and not as permanent support.

Connecting perspectives.
  • Decision engagement

For questions of direction where everyone involved has an interest in the outcome.

Result: examined options and a documented decision – with direction, priorities and responsibilities.

Challenge is part of the work. The decision remains yours.

  • Implementation engagement

For initiatives that have been decided on and need momentum.

Result: initiatives, roles, approvals and scheduled meetings to make adjustments – set up to work without us.

  • Communication engagement

For decisions that need to be understood within the company and in the market.

Result: messages, materials and processes – developed and put to use, including in multiple languages.

  • Combined engagement

For situations where decisions and their impact come together: transformation, succession, repositioning.

Result: both handled together, with the same two people responsible.

More on Leadership Communication

If your task involves both sides – the decision and its impact – we work on it together.

What an engagement achieves

  • Questions of direction are examined rather than postponed, because there is room for challenge.
  • Decisions are put into action because roles, processes and schedules are in place.
  • The direction can be explained in people's own words – within the company and in the market.
  • It is clear who is responsible, including for decisions prepared with AI.
  • And everything keeps running when we are no longer involved.

Insights into our work

Our work examples do not name clients. Confidentiality is part of our work – especially where decisions, change and internal communication are involved.

Mid-sized business · Decision and implementation

A mid-sized industrial company faced strategic decisions on direction and did not want to make them alone. Together, we developed a strategic framework: direction, priorities and responsibilities, set down in writing.

What happens next: The leadership team is implementing the strategy step by step, with our support at the scheduled meetings.

Corporate group · Impact and operational capability

A group-wide transformation programme needed its own brand, clear language and a change team with clear processes. Over a year and a half, we built the brand and communication and developed the team's working model: roles, processes and approvals.

What happens next: The team manages its own communication, using the roles and processes put in place.

Why us

  • We have led, made decisions and taken responsibility ourselves.
  • You work with two people who take responsibility. There is no handover to a team you do not know.
  • Corporate experience and the pace of a mid-sized business from one provider.
  • We use AI throughout our own work, in consultation with our clients. We make decisions together with people, drawing on critical thinking, experience and empathy.
